EWGA organizes instructional clinics fun golf outings and competitive golf events each year, with an emphasis on fun and friendship. Activities include new golfer lesson series, etiquette seminars, monthly golf outings, Chapter, Regional and National Championship tournaments, networking functions, member-guest events, charity tournaments, and other creative activities.

With over half of EWGA members in management positions, you'll find an ideal environment for networking with other businesswomen in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Boise/Treasure Valley Chapter

The Boise/Treasure Valley Chapter became EWGA's 101st chapter in April 2002 and has already grown from the original membership of 18 to over 140 members, with new members joining all the time. Recognized as one of EWGA’s outstanding chapters, we have won membership awards and have been named a “Chapter of Excellence” many times.

Annual golf activities include:
New member social and golf events. 
Golf clinics and rules & etiquette seminars.
Business networking activities.
Weekend 9-hole and 18-hole play locally and out of town.
Fun tournaments and member/guest events.

National championship competitions, including a National Match Play series, our Chapter Championship, a Pacific Northwest Semi-Final Championship, and the National Association Championship.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE... VOLUNTEER!

EWGA is a volunteer-driven organization and our success depends on volunteer
efforts!

And our experience shows that volunteering for EWGA can be fun! You don't have to be familiar with all of the aspects of golf to be a volunteer. In fact, volunteering is the best way to learn. Many of the positions will only take a few hours of your time each month, and some may only take a few hours once a year!

Many of us have joined EWGA to learn how to play better golf. By getting involved as a volunteer with EWGA, you will not only learn how to play better golf, but you will enjoy the added benefit of networking with a group of women golfers who may soon become your playing partners, business colleagues, and a great circle of friends with a passion for golf!
